Thanks to a friend of mine, I was referred to this video. From there, I made contact with Mr. Matthew McCormack and I was able to book a vacation at the Ritz-Carlton Club for my family and I. I stayed for two weeks in August, and it was a great time. My wife and children loved it there.The views from our villa was breathtaking, and we had access to all of the amenities. The property was beautiful, there were activities for the children, the staff was lovely and the food that we ate on premises was delicious. If you're looking for the perfect family getaway, trust when I said that you're in good hands especially when dealing with Matthew. Thank you, it was a great experience and hopefully we'll be repeat customers soon.
You know, having traveled to and staying at various places in the US, coming to the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas definitely gives you an experience out of the norm. I stayed here during my Christmas vacation and I absolutely loved it. When you think of a tropical exotic location, where the water is turquoise, sea life is abundant with palm trees everywhere, you get that here and a whole lot more. I stayed in a 2 BR condo and the views are unparalleled, its unlike I've ever seen. The condo had a full kitchen, that's always a plus if you want do a little entertaining of your own. The restaurants were also great, but their service and staff was truly wolrd-class. I'd like to personally thank Matthew for helping set this trip up, he responds to emails quickly, is friendly, and will help with any and all inquiries. The Ritz is a must if you want to get a real slice of paradise!
I had a very nice time at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Club in St Thomas, no doubt it's completely paradaise just like its shown in the video, the views are excellente from any angle you go, there is a extremely friendly staff always greeting customers and willing to assist in anything; The serenity pool of the Ritz-Carlton is a wonderful option that called my attention no kids are allowed which makes it a little relaxing getaway in the same club for some noise free time while hearing the beach waves sound. The pools are heated and very clean which I believe this is extremely important.
Definitely looking forward to go back and enjoy a pleasent time again
Our recent vacation at The Ritz-Carlton Club in St. Thomas was truly one of the greatest that we have ever had. The staff was super friendly and super attentive.
The view overlooking the ocean was breathtaking. There was also a full kitchen in the Residence which was a plus as we sometimes like to cook our own meals (Saves money!).
I loved that you could rent all sorts of water sports equipment directly on the beach. We took advantage of the paddle boards and snorkeling equipment which was really fun.

After Googling the Ritz property in St. Thomas, we came across Matt's detailed video and decided to send him an email.
From my initial inquiry to the finalization of the Villa, Matt was efficient and professional.
He answered all of my questions and I felt like I was in great hands!
The property itself is beyond amazing; most new renters (like myself) don't know this but there are two seids to the Ritz property; the club side and the hotel side.
We stayed at the Club side (sooo much better!)
The staff was friendly, the rooms were gorgeous, and the property itself was breathtaking!
One of the BEST vacations I've had in years.
